(ish) because itis inspired by a dish I used to eat at my local Italian restaurant when I lived in London (Bueno Sera in Northcote Road, wonder if it is still there?) Delicate thin crepes filled with ricotta and spinach in a garlic, wine, tomato sauce and baked until volcanic hot – YUM!!!!
